TheDude HIGHLY recommends this product! I bought this on a whim, once I saw the variety pack option, I purchased the 30 pack. I do not regret it one bit. It helps when I need to get some rest after my cup of tea and cigarette..just sitting out back..enjoying the cold weather. It takes about 35-45 minutes to kick in. Go with the flow and close those eyes.
