What are the requirements to order from this site?
You must be 19+ years or older and live in Canada.
Orders are only delivered to Canadian postal addresses.

Is there an minimum and maximum order amount?
There is no minimum or maximum order amount. Orders under $150 are charged a $20 flat shipping fee. Orders over $150 are shipped free of charge!

How do I place an order?
    1. Locate the products you are interested in ordering by going to https://www.thccollection.com/shop
    1. Click on the desired product(s), select from the available options, (grade, strain, etc) then choose your quantity and click “Add to Cart”.
    1. Once you have all your desired products in your shopping cart, click the “Cart Icon” in the top right corner of the page and click “View cart”.
    1. On the cart page enter your promo code (if applicable) and any other notes you have for us, then click “Checkout”.
    1. Enter all of the required information, click “Place Order”, and you’re done!
  1. Your order will be processed and shipped the same day if placed before 2pm (EST)
  2. We’ll email your Xpresspost tracking number as soon as possible.

Can I add/edit/cancel my order?
If you would like to edit or add to your order you will need to create a new order and we will cancel the old one. E-mail us with the order you would like cancelled at thc.service.team@gmail.com. This will be cancelled or edited if it hasn’t shipped out yet. If we have already collected your payment, then all order edits/cancellations are made on a best-efforts basis.

When will my order ship out?
Once your payment is cleared we will begin packaging your order to be shipped as soon as possible. Orders in before 2PM (EST) will be sent out same day, anything after 2PM (EST) will be sent the following day. *Mailed items do not leave the post office until 3pm EST daily, so there is no difference in arrival time if the package is dropped off in the morning or the afternoon, as long as it arrives before 3pm EST. Can I call and speak with a customer service representative?

What are your working hours?
Our shop is, of course, open 24 hrs a day, Holidays may effect these hours. During these hours we will still have someone working to answer you questions and concerns.

What are the shipping fees?
Our shipping fees are $20 for orders under $150 and free for orders over $150. Orders are shipped by express post and a tracking number will be emailed after your order ships. You will receive your order in 1-3 business days. Please allow an extra couple of business days if you live in a remote area. Your delivey is guaranteed, except for residents of Nunavut, Northern Quebec, or if you provide an inaccurate/incomplete address.

I’ve sent payment, what’s next?
An E-transfer can take 40 minutes to an hour to reach our email once you’ve sent payment. We will process the payment and pack your order accordingly. Once your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email with a link to track your order (click on the link to go to our courier’s site).

What happens to my order if I don’t send payment?
Once your order is placed, the next step is to send us an Interac e-Transfer. We keep your order on hold until the payment is received. If we do not receive payment after two days, then your order is cancelled.
SHIPPING

How will my order be packaged?
Your order will be discretely packaged with zero smell to protect and maintain your privacy. First we double vacuum seal the contents for maximum discretion, protection, and to seal in the freshness. We then place those contents inside a mailer which goes into another mailer for added discretion. All of our shipping is done using Xpresspost mailers or non-descript boxes with no indication of what is inside. There is nothing written on the outside of the envelope/box that would advertise what you are receiving so nosy neighbors won’t think it’s anything other than a regular package from the post office.

How long will it take to arrive?
Transit time will all depend on your location in Canada. We send all of our items via Xpresspost. Under normal circumstances your package is expected to be delivered in 2-3 business days. If you live in a poorly connected rural location, occasionally it may take a day or two longer. (i.e Nunavut, Northern Quebec)

Why didn’t my package arrive on the expected delivery date?
We ship orders promptly but sometimes there are delays with our courier. If you do not receive your order 2-3 days after the expected delivery date, email us and we will file a trace with the courier service. If a trace is filed, ourselves and the courier will conduct an investigation (which can take 5 business days to complete). If they can locate the package, they will ship it to you and you’ll get it a few days later.

Why is my package is going to the wrong destination?
If you’re tracking your package on the courier website and it looks like it’s headed to the wrong city, it’s most likely due to human error by the courier. Human errors happen on occasion as the postal employee has to manually enter each postal code in the system and if they are off by a digit/letter, it can cause a routing error and subsequent delay of 1-2 days.

Why dosen’t the tracking number I received from you work?
We email you the tracking number before the package is scanned at the post office. Tracking information on the courier’s website will not show up until the package is scanned by them. Check back at the end of the day and the tracking should work. If it does not, please e-mail thc.service.team@gmail.com and we will look into it.

Shipping to Nunavut, Northern Ontario, and Northern Quebec
Unfortunately, there are much higher % of postal thefts when shipping to Northern Quebec, Northern Ontario and Nunavut. We cannot offer any delivery guarantees if you live in these areas and you will be ordering at your own risk.
